Important note to U.S. customers regarding tariffs: We strongly oppose the imposition of tariffs on cork products. Cork cannot be manufactured in the U.S. - it is the renewable bark of a tree that grows in the Mediterranean region and must be imported. In our view, a tariff on cork is simply a tax on cork. That said, we must comply with current regulations. As of 13:39 ET on April 9, the tariff surcharge has been temporarily reduced from 20% to 10% based on the latest policy update. The surcharge will be added to all orders and automatically applied at checkout (the amount displays as a negative but it adds to your order total despite the negative sign). If tariff rates change or are eliminated prior to your order being shipped, we will refund the surcharge to reflect the latest policy.
