Freight Damage Policy - Furniture
Damage must be noted on receipt of your shipment. Please inspect and verify the condition of your shipment when it arrives.
CorkHouse has strict quality control standards designed to ensure your order is delivered to you in excellent condition. Please immediately inspect each item in your shipment when your order is received. In the unlikely event that any item is damaged or you received the incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours at ch.sav@jelinek.com and include photos of the damaged item(s).
Any claims submitted after the 48 hours time period cannot be honored.
To Qualify for a Claim:
Note any evidence of damage to the package on the delivery receipt provided by the driver.
Keep all original packaging and boxes until you have been instructed otherwise.
Email photos of damage and claim request to ch.sav@jelinek.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note that any labor costs incurred by the client regarding the repackaging, handling, and repair of any damaged merchandise must be approved by a CorkHouse representative.
