Book Signing - Pedro Adventures of a Cork Harvester
Join us on May 12th at 5PM for a book signing with Henry Jelinek and Cath Olivier.
Their new book Pedro, Adventures of a Cork Harvester chronicles the many exciting tales of young Pedro. Pedro lives on a small farm in central Portugal with his parents and two older brothers. School is over for the summer and Pedro has high hopes of becoming a cork harvester. The cork forests of Portugal are magical and full of surprises. Beauty and danger lurk among the cork oak trees. The countryside is usually tranquil, but at times it can become a forest of turmoil, excitement and challenges. Adventures find Pedro at the oddest times.
The hardcover bound book is 52 pages from cover to cover (including forward and appendix) and features more than 20 full color illustrations. For children and adults of all ages!
